Our services have their own agreement
This website describes our services in general. Any IT, cybersecurity, phone, cloud or website work we do for you is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and Full Circle MSP. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls.
Information on this site
Pages, blog articles and guides on this site are general information, not professional advice for your specific systems or situation. We work to keep them accurate, but they may be incomplete or out of date, and we may change them at any time.
The IT risk self-check gives a general score based only on your answers. It is not a security assessment, audit or compliance review.
Quotes and pricing
Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services at a set price. Scope, pricing and schedules are agreed in writing before work begins.
Contacting us through the site
The request form prepares an email in your own email app. Sending us a message does not by itself make you a client or create a service agreement.
Please do not send passwords, account numbers or other sensitive information by email or through the form. If we need access to your systems, we will arrange a secure way to handle it.
Text messages (SMS)
These terms apply to text messages you agree to receive from Full Circle MSP.
- What we send. Replies to your requests, appointment reminders, and service and support updates. If you separately agree to them, we may also send promotional offers.
- How to opt in. Check a text-message box on our request form, or ask our team to text you. Promotional texts need their own separate consent.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Full Circle MSP does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We may send one final message to confirm that you have opted out.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (954) 280-8324 or email info@fullcirclemsp.com.
- Your number. Only sign up with a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.
- Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your mobile number. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please do not:
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting or any connected system
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, or upload malicious code
- copy the site with automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on it
- use the site for anything unlawful or misleading
Security testing of this website requires our written permission in advance.
Content and trademarks
The text, graphics, logo and design of this site belong to Full Circle MSP or are used with permission. You may view the site, share links to it and print pages for your own business use. Please do not copy or republish our content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Other product and company names mentioned on this site, such as Microsoft 365, belong to their owners and do not imply their endorsement.
